CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

 OUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

Safety in a Heartbeat LLC reserves the right to cancel any class, at any time, for any reason. If we need to cancel, we will give as much notice as possible (by email and this site) and either refund your money or make arrangements to reschedule. 

If you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) or more of the class start time, a full refund will be given or option to reschedule. If you cancel 47:59 hours to 36 hours before class start time a 50% refund will be given or option of ONE reschedule. If you cancel 35:59 hours to 24 hours before class start time a 25% refund will be given or option for one reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class start time, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN! An option for a ONE time reschedule with Safety in a Heartbeat LLC, at full price may be given.  Refunds are not available for those who do not complete the online portion of a blended learning or instructor class, prior to class, or you sign up for the wrong class or wrong date. Online technical issues must be addressed directly to the ARC or AHA (we cannot help you with any tech issues).

If you miss any rescheduled class for ANY reason, no refund will be given and you must pay for a new class. NO SHOWS (for any class), FOR ANY REASON  (Exceptions MAY apply) OR A FAILED EXAM (WRITTEN OR SKILLS), WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!  A RESCHEDULE MAY BE OFFERED, ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
